up 5kg

dats rite..i gained 5 kg of body weight in a month..and i called it occupational hazard. The thing is everytime I work abroad, I just could not do sport i.e my usual running at all...hehe I blamed on the frequent working trips. I can lose the 5kg in a month as well if I want to. Running is my only way to cut down the excess fats besides eating small meals five timeas a day...not dieting but eating healthy food. More protein after sports, carbs before. Less sugary and fatty foods. Enough sleep. What else? Frequent sex? hehehe..Anyway, I met friend recently who used to go running with me sometimes. He told me that he is now into cycling and he tried to convert me into cycling hahah, nice try though. I still prefer running coz its easy and cheaper (except for investing on an expensive running shoes, but hey its a one time thingy). Running is in the blood.

Almost half way through

Its April now, come june, then its half way through. Laju banar waktu berlalu. Mermelek mermelek 2012 tia. This year its gonna be an interesting year for me. Alhamdullillah, I got married early March. Dan skrang aku merasa grogi (nervous) kerna isteri ku telat... hehehe. Insya'allah I will find out soon. And mudah2an ada rezeki. Nya kawan ku siok tu nya melalui proses selama 9 bulan atu sebagai suami. I bet. Semoga semua nya berjalan lancar dnn selamat. I will keep everyone posted.

De-activating fb

Yeah, just temporary and just want to find out how it feels to be without fb at least a day, two days or more. At least nda ASMO hehehe. But, maybe I will re-activate my twitter again. Its been a while jua. FB is half dead. heheh. Nuthing new. Just like Astro, I feel its no longer appealing even though its now Astro Beyond HD whatever thingy they call it. Ku rasa sama jua only that you can record it, pause it blablabla..but good thing about its in HD. In the end, I come down to reading books. More satisfying, more intriguing. I never get bored with reading. Sayang skali, Bruneians are lagging behind in this reading culture. Parents schould encourage more theirs kids to read, to love it and make it a passion. Reading is information, information is knowledge. Knowledge is power. Go go power ranger. Nah! hahaha...

Its a new beginning

Its been a while nda update blog ani. Alhamdullillah, everything is fine and well. Mudahan2 an kitani semua berada di dalam baik dan perlindungan NYA jua. Anyway, insya'allah aku kan update blog ani at least once a day or kalau inda pun every other day, dlm bahasa thai nya wan wen wan..hehe.

Life is hectic as usual. Traveling is no longer an option. Masa ani work traveling pun at least twice a month if not three times. It sounds fun though at first it was. But now its tiring. However, aku bersyukur that I met my wife while I was traveling to Jakarta. We got engaged in October 2010 and just got married on 28 and 29 Rabiulawal 1432 ( 2 kali nikah, don't ask why..hehe) and a small wedding reception at Jayakarta Hotel on 30 Rabiulawal.

I apologise to friends and other extended families for not telling and inviting ah. I just want a private wedding (mcm selebriti jua rasa ku kan mau private2 segala..heheh) And Alhamdulillah it went well. My aunts, uncles and cuzen were all surprised and they are all happy for me, some cried of joy.

Anyway, this is a new beginning for me. I love you all.

Its been the 12th day of the new year and this is my first blog update since I dont know when. Anyway, for me new year or not its all the same..same old same old..I never sent new year greetings to anyone but I appreciate all those greetings I received from friends. Anyhow, I don't have any resolution this year just like any other past years but I usually have a target and plans that I wanna achieve. My primary target is to participate at this year's Mt. Kinabalu Climbathon and I wanna make this year as the year of adventure..I plan to do jungle trekking of all the wasai in Brunei and to conquer as many mountains as possible. Enough said, this year I shall continue maintaining my fitness and endurance level but I think I gotta bring it to the next level if I wanna participate the KK climbathon. I gotta aim higher, start strong and I will finish stronger.

JPMC is cool

I finally went for a medical check at JPMC this morning. I will have another appointment next next saturday for the result. Anyway, it took about one and a half hours for the medical check up. The last one was X ray. The thing is I could have done it in an hour. Bukan nya apa, I had to make myself urinate and give a urine sample. Anyway, I pray and hope that the result will be positive..in other words healthy. I was given a breakfast coupon that I can redeem at the JPMC cafe which is run by the Empire Hotel. Jadi tah free sandwich and hot drinks. So I called up Jimah if she could join me for breakfast at the cafe and she did. I like the cafe coz they serve healthy food and cheap as well...ngam the month's promotion. Anyway, just before leaving the cafe, I bought a lunch take away. A brown rice, 2 big pieces of honey roasted chicken, sauteed mixed vegetables, a bottle of water and a green apple and it all cost just $4. Cheap innit? If onl JPMC is very near to Bandar, gerenti hari2 ku lunch sana. Cheap and delicious. I think I shall do it again during my next appointmen..woohooo...

Finding people's fault is easier than appreciating them and this always happens at the office. For them, its the best way to attack someone's credibility and integrity when in fact people notice that they have no credibility and integrity by doing so. This usually happens to subordinates when the bosses started to attack them with all kinds of faults and mistakes they could find. For me, they don't deserve to become leaders and it shows that they are not good leaders at all. Leaders should teach their subordinates, guide them, advice them, train them..they should not embrace the negative..like believing in assumptions, talking behind their back, scheming, giving bad recommendations..these are totally not the qualities of leaders should have..its wrong..its bad for an organization and pointing fingers should be stopped..period..

No running

Almost a week without doing the running activities is unbearable. Everytime I saw people doing their run on the road ached my heart..I truly envy them..hehe..I need to rest for a week due to the fever that I suffer...kalau ikutkan hati mau jua ku kan belari..tapi apa boleh buat..kesihatan atu lebih penting dari yang lain..plus I'm sure once I recover, my running shoes will find me..hehehe...anyhow lately its been running in the late afternoon..almost everyday..and it makes me think to run in the morning instead..moreover the best time to run is always in the morning..its been proven when I did my routine 10km run in the morning for one year straight..I felt more energetic and stronger..even rasa mengantuk pun nada throughout the day..but one thing that should be maintained is to have enuff sleep of at least 7 hours of sleep everyday...dats the trick..

Located somewhere at Jalan Haji Halus in Kg. Bunut, the small restaurant serves authentic Thai food as well as our local food...finally I gotta have lunch there with my friends since we planned it ages ago..the owner was a Khun Thai married to a Bruneian man. Each of us ordered different dishes and I guessed all the food being served were aroy-aroy, simply delicious...even to the extent the chaa manaaw Thai, the Thai ice lime tea were very delicious indeed...the only setback of the restaurant is that they do not have parking spaces so we just parked at the road..luckily its just jalan Kampong, so no hustle bustle lah..anyway, I will probably go and eat at that place again in the future..gotta try out other thai dishes..the somtam was really good..yummy..anyway, the gerai opens daily except sunday..

Bracing for the wet season

Its been raining everyday now and this is normal at this time of the year. Hopefully it won't be as bad as last year when the flood disaster struck Brunei..mayhem tarus oleh nya nationwide..anyway, for me the rain is always a good thing..why? because its rezeki dari ALLAH..kalau friday or sunday..its a bless esp. when we are still in bed..heheh..but a rain is still a bless from ALLAH..but right now, I just seem can't be expose to the rain as I will easily catch a fever..even now I'm a bit feverish and at night I have unusual fever attack as my body temperature will go up as high as 43 deg...tinggi kan..anyway, I went to a private clinic in Serusop this morning and was prescribed anti biotics and if the feverish thingy persists, I was asked to make further checks at the clinic in a week's time..but for sure I won't go because I will be going for a medical health screening at JPMC this Friday..though its $240 but its probably worth it...plus the screening includes cancer marking which I think is about time I had a check on it..just to make sure that I'm free from cancer...

but I usually like to listen, assimilate and express my thoughts...I am actually a quiet person if people really notice but not in a sense that quiet quiet..I meant I don't usually talk about my personal stuff...its not because of fear,but primarily because of trust..I don't open up to people or my friends easily unless they open up to me first..but I don't expect them to be...I have always consider my friends as my family...coz once I got out of the house, we meet up and take care of each other..all my life since I started work I like to make the ends meet for my family and friends..caring them so much that sometimes I neglect my own..yang penting if they are happy, I am happy...money is not important to me, bagi ku I spend only cukup2 untuk makan,minum di rumah, fuel and pakaian..and of course some saving..selebih nya ku suka belanja kawan2 makan or minum..ku niatkan semua atu sedekah and I hope they don't got me wrong jua if most of the time kami keluar ku belanja saja well not all the time jua..if they must know memang dari masa ku start keraja di Shell udah ku cemani..dan nda ku pernah minta balas balik apa..yang penting keikhlasan atu...

since I did not jot down anything in this blog..bukan nya apa..primarily jua I have been shutting all access to this blog..ada tah reason nya tu..so for now,I am the only one who can access the blog,nama nya tuan punya..anyway,doesn't matter. I'm just gonna continue jotting down here for as long as I can as this is the place I can trash everything out - happiness, sadness, joy, feelings, opinions but for now I can't share the blog with my friends, dear friends. Anyway, I have been hectic lately with work and today I am not feeling very well, a bit feverish and I have to cancel my supposedly 21km run t'row morning..oh well maybe next time..earlier in the evening, I took a short nap before going out to meet up my friends at Sagar Restaurant.Its been wet since after work until now.I took some panadol but I still feel the cold, I think its the wind jua. I don't know why I am so feverish within a short span of time, rasa ku balum batah jua ku damam and malas ku kan membawa ke klinik..ngalih..anyway back to the saturday nite outing ani, lapas dari Sagar tadi we had hot drinks at Matadoe and finally we did the Saturday Mc D thingy at last since ages ago..ramai jua org eh d Mc D ah..but not the usual crowd..anyway, our friends Abi and Atol ada tadi..esp. Abi,batah udah inda jumpa ia and I'm glad seeing both of them..

Wedding Anniversary

Saturday night BBQ last night was celebrating my parents wedding anniversary..and tarus tah ku melagau kawan2 ku to celebrate my belated birthday according to th Hijrah Calendar by which I just turned 38..anyway, all of my nephews and nieces slept over a our house last night..and unortunately I still don't have a camera to capture the family event last night..kamera rosak..and I need to get one soon..anyway I woke up early today arnd 545am pasal nya bejanji sama bro aming and khu kan menasek...though I didn't sleep well last night and I also received a text from eme gtau yg. ia nda jadi join kami menasek but I was already confident that eme won't turn up..hehehe..so basically we started off at 645am and finished at 9am..we didn't go to Markucing as planned but to Bukit Laur instead, but we ran on and off all the way..puas jua hati lah coz whatever we ate last night masa BBQ atu abis udah kami burnt tadi pagi..wooohooo..anyway, a good friend of mine Zul burrpday today..he should be 31 yrs old according to the Hijrah calendar...

Sukakah salah seorang daripada kamu memakan daging saudaranya yang telah mati? Maka tentulah kamu merasa jijik kepadanya. Oleh yang demikian, bertaqwalah kepada Allah. Sesungguhnya Allah maha penerima taubat lagi maha pengasih sayang.”

Salah satu tanda wujudnya penyakit hasad dengki ialah berlakunya perbuatan jatuh-menjatuhkan, pulau-memulau dan fitnah-memfitnah di kalangan segelintir anggota masyarakat dan sering berlaku di pejabat. Sindrom negatif ini wujud kerana ada yang kurang senang ataupun iri hati terhadap kelebihan ataupun kejayaan yang dinikmati oleh orang lain. Pada kebiasaannya, bila mana hasad dengki bersarang dalam dada, maka dia akan menterjemahkan perasaan itu dalam bentuk umpatan (ghibah), berkata bohong, mencaci dan memburuk-burukkan seseorang. Dengan perbuatan keji itu, seseorang yang mempunyai sifat dengki itu mengharapkan yang kelebihan atau kebaikan pada orang yang didengkinya akan hilang atau turut dibenci oleh orang lain.

Lazimnya, orang yang mempunyai penyakit hasad dengki tidak pernah selesa dan tidak pernah merasa tenteram. Ini kerana setiap detik dia hanya memikirkan kelebihan serta keistimewaan yang dinikmati oleh orang lain di samping sentiasa memikirkan bagaimana menjatuhkan orang berkenaan serta merasakan dirinya wajar memiliki kelebihan itu.

I am having a lot of thoughts lately about my future career development...I have always like my job since I first started and I had committed myself in every possible way I can..but at one point we also have to forsee our career development...that is why now I am thinking of opting to apply and aiming for a different career..I have browsed through the United Nations websites and they have quite a lot of job offers worldwide and they also have job offers in Thailand under the UN flag. I am going to apply one of the suitable jobs they are offering one of these days. This may be just the beginning of good things to come for me and my future.

A good run

Weeeyheeey..it was really a good run yesterday, trying out a new route..well done to wadd..u've made it..we started off from the Stadium heading towards the Sungai Akar round about and back..yang ku inda suka saja the traffic..laju2 bah mutuka ah..but siok jua lah esp. doing a fartlek on that stretch of road...but I'd still prefer the old Legco route...walaupun jauh but its safer and a bit relaxing..no hustle bustle..anyway, by next week a new runner will join on a regular basis..I hope he'll last..hehe..

I meant meteor showers..I wonder if we can view the meteor showers from Brunei on the 17th late night and after midnight of 18 November ani..if in Thailand dapat liat, why can't we here? Anyway, the best place to view it is somewhere where there are no lights at all, not even street lights.

Markucing and 21km run

There'll be a trekking to Markucing this Sunday. Seperti biasa we'll start at 7, so kalau kan join the outing, datang saja before 7am and bekumpul arah gerai Bu Hjh. The last time we went was like a couple of months ago. And jangan lupa bawa lots of drinks and some light snacks. And, for my runner and jogger friends, next week on sunday 15th, we are going to make a 21km run from the Stadium to the Mentiri roundabout and back, so kalau ada yang mau join bagitahu saja..

Its already mid week and I still thought its Monday today...anyway, I woke up late this morning and I came late to the office, 715am ku sampai ofis..usually I arrive before 645am everyday except Saturday..pasal Saturday weekend, so I usually come at 8am on that day...and I usually leave office at 415pm everyday...primarily because kan jogging and menasek since masa ani by 6pm galap udah hari and maghrib awal jua...lagipun its just 15 mins early ku leave ofis and minus ku datang everyday pun still its 45 mins the ofis still owe me my working hours everyday IF ku kan bekira..and IF atu pun kan kana question or kana tagur...I'm not surprise one of these days that someone in the office will complain abt me leaving ofis as early as 415pm...and I don't really care either...nowadays people likes to see and talk only the bad things about other people...its both occupational hazard and culture..office politics is prevalent everywhere, for the sake of one's own self interest, backstabbing is no longer an option, its the only way...

In less than 2 months..its gonna be the year 2010..hmmm..I don't know what to expect next year. More or less, its just gonna be the same. We live and we die and we live again forever..hehe..But I hope 2010 is gonna be more exciting and vibrant. Yang bisai nya bulan ani most of my friends are motivated to do more sports activities..which is good..ada yang start dieting jua apa and running in the morning..but for me I just stick to my usual routine..but I hope more people and friends are joining up the daily after werk sports activities...

Sunday's Boot Sale

Goodbye weekend! hahaha..yup another good weekend..as always...life's good..innit? Yatah kemarin, I went for the Car Boot Sale at JPMC..selling off most of my old clothes at the cheapest price in town..haha..mostly at $1 per item..kadang2 I put the price at $3..ingin2 hati saja..but not more than that..at least I felt good about it..I didn't regret selling all my clothes yang baik2 atu..nda jua kan baju buruk2 or bubus membubus kan di jual..heheh..I don't care if ku jual atu murah as long as dapat ku clear those old clothes...daripada nya buruk dalam almari inda berpakai..most of my clothes ani yang street brand like Next, Top Man, Lacoste, Dockers, Seeds, Moto and G2000 apa..and some cara melayu jua..and most of the buyers ani are Filipinos and of course our local people..I still have some of my old clothes left, probably if I stayed at the boot sale till 2pm, abis kana bali kali semua..coz I left the place at 1030am..anyway, overall its fun and satisfying, I'm looking forward for the next car boot sale kalau ada..

Have u guys ever thought at one point of our life that money and the world is not everything? Pernah kah? Memang duit atu amat penting untuk kehidupan sehari-hari..apa apa ani pun memerlukan duit..tapi bagi ku semakin umur meningkat, rasa nya duit atu hanya lah sekadar keperluan untuk hidup sehari-hari..keperluan untuk makan, minum, perjalanan. tanggungan dll...some people may think that they own everything..I always think that I own everything I need...memiliki segala galanya..tapi sebenar nya kitani yang di miliki..segala harta yang kitani miliki ada lah milik ALLAH jua..I was once told by someone that kalau kan membuat amal waqaf ada lebih afdal semasa kitani masih hidup dari sesudah kematian..kerana semasa hidup harta yang kitani waqafkan atu ada lah harta kitani..tapi selepas kematian kitani..harta atu sudah menjadi hak milik waris kitani..sebab atu tah kitani di galakan untuk memperbanyakan amalan sedekah semasa kitani masih hidup...

UNTUK RENUNGAN BERSAMA:

1. Syarrut ta‘am (banyak makan)

Iaitu terlampau banyak makan atau minum ataupun gelojoh ketika makan atau minum. Makan dan minum yang berlebih-lebihan itu menyebabkan seseorang itu malas dan lemah serta membawa kepada banyak tidur. Ini menyebabkan kita lalai daripada menunaikan ibadah dan zikrullah.Makan dan minum yang berlebih-lebihan adalah ditegah walaupun tidak membawa kepada lali daripada menunaikan ibadah kerana termasuk di dalam amalan membazir.

2. Syarrul kalam (banyak bercakap)

Iaitu banyak berkata-kata atau banyak bercakap. Banyak berkata-kata itu boleh membawa kepada banyak salah, dan banyak salah itu membawa kepada banyak dosa serta menyebabkan orang yang mendengar itu mudah merasa jemu.

3. Ghadhab (pemarah)

Ia bererti sifat pemarah, iaitu marah yang bukan pada menyeru kebaikan atau menegah daripada kejahatan.Sifat pemarah adalah senjata bagi menjaga hak dan kebenaran. Oleh kerana itu, seseorang yang tidak mempunyai sifat pemarah akan dizalimi dan akan dicerobohi hak-haknya.Sifat pemarah yang dicela ialah marah yang bukan pada tempatnya dan tidak dengan sesuatu sebab yang benar.

4. Hasad (dengki)

Iaitu menginginkan nikmat yang diperolehi oleh orang lain hilang atau berpindah kepadanya. Seseorang yang bersifat dengki tidak ingin melihat orang lain mendapat nikmat atau tidak ingin melihat orang lain menyerupai atau lebih daripadanya dalam sesuatu perkara yang baik. Orang yang bersifat demikian seolah-olah membangkang kepada Allah subhanahu wata‘ala kerana mengurniakan sesuatu nikmat kepada orang lain.Orang yang berperangai seperti itu juga sentiasa dalam keadaan berdukacita dan iri hati kepada orang lain yang akhirnya menimbulkan fitnah dan hasutan yang membawa kepada bencana dan kerosakan.

It's such a good weather today..hot and sunny..after the Friday prayer I wanna get ready for the acara mandi belawat at my niece in Rimba when my mom told it's only gonna be attended by female invitees..woohooo..lagi baik mun ganya function atu yang kana jemput bini2 saja..so apa lagi I called my friends kan menasek at 315pm...as early as possible, who knows it might rain a bit later..so by 315pm everyone was at Tasek udah..5 org kami in all..we started slow but steady until at one point atu I hafta dgn kan one of my friend coz the rest atu laju d dapan..he puked twice along the way..and while otw jua I received a sms from my running mate kan membawa belusir di stadum at 5pm..hmmm..very tempting..half way upon reaching Bukit Sarang Helang, I ran all the way leaving everyone elses behind..rasa kan menyempati belusir di Stadium..hahaha..lapar kan belari..5 mins to 5pm, ku sampai di Stadium..changed my bukit shoes into my running shoes..and we did a 7.6km run tadi..its just a maintenance run since yesterday I did a 10km fartlek..I guessed I did a double today..and t'row its juz gonna be a swimming session..I call it shaping up exercise...

Its raining heavily masa ani...luckily I did not go out for lunch coz if not I would be stuck in the traffic jam..plus I left my payung at home..biasa nya ada dlm mutuka ku..anyway, lain saja ujan nya ani..mcm its gonna rain for a few hours and we all know what it means kalau ujan labat cemani ani..but I hope it will stop soon..coz kalau inda beranti how am I suppose to go for a run later at the stadium..I am so totally craving for a run..batah udah ku inda belusir and only yesterday we went menasek and it was really satisfying...siok bawa belari naik Bukit Sarang Helang atu, paluh pun limpar oleh nya..hehehe..and I'm going for another run di sana esok pagi coz patang I can't do any sports activities at all as my niece is having the Mandi Belawat thingy..rupanya ada masih function ani di Brunei..I tot inda lagi exist..hehehe..but I hope esok patang the weather will be good during the function..biar tia ujan sepuas puas nya masa ani..like it never rained before..

Trip of a lifetime..

I had a story story with my friend tadi as he mentioned about kan backpacking...its a worth backpacking trip and gerenti an experience of a lifetime...the earliest we can probably go is in June 2011 pasal nya next year 2010 is a busy year for us..so here goes our plan --- first stop would be Bangkok. From there on, we will travel by land to Vietnam via Cambodia..and of course singgah Angkor Wat in Cambodia..lapas dari Ho Chi Minh, we will travel to Hanoi in the north where we will climb the Fansipan Mountain..then from Hanoi we will take a flight to Guangzhou in China..from Guangzhou, we will travel to a nearby Guilin and then back to Guoangzhou..then from Guangzhou we will take aflight to ilocos Norte in the northern part of Philippines..dari sana we will travel by land to Manila and going further to the south to as far as Mindanao..we will do island hopping to reach Mindanao and then finally go to Sabah before going back to Brunei by land jua..we estimate to take a leave for 28 days and a budget of 5k or perhaps less..nama nya backpacking kan..ganya yang mahal nanti yatah ganya airfare atu..but probably we can get cheaper if online...we just plan out the route but once we get to the first point..baru tah memikirkan cemana kan go to the next point..baru backpacking nama nya..anyway, if anyone interested kan join, juz save some money and have a thought about it..the journey may be tiring and hard but I guarantee its gonna be a journey of a lifetime...I've been waiting for this lama udah sal selama ani nada dangan yang interested kan doing a long backpacking trip..

I just can't believe I'm still sick..I mean nda jua damam tapi its the sore throat that bothers me. Kalau siang kira ok lah kurang dikit but kalau malam kambuh ya balik. Anyway, its been a week today since I got it and finally I went to the clinic tadi pagi..and the doctor gave me a shot and some prescriptions..I hope at least within 24 hours ani baik eh once and for all..The doctor wanted to give me a day off today but I declined pasal nya bukan nya I cannot do my work or anything..its juz I have sore throat problem..but he advised me not to talk much..hehe..however, he told me if the problem persists, he asked me to have a further check at the hospital..yatah nada tu nah ke hospital RIPAS atu..hehehe..bukan nya apa, kalau kan ke sana atu usually takes at least half a day, which is just practically unacceptable to me...plus looking for a parking space is another problem...anyway, I just wanna feel better at least by this afternoon so that karang malam dapat libur..its weekend kali udah ah..hehehe...

I remember when our beloved King mentioned about the bosses being robots..well, up until now I still refer them as robots when I talk with my colleagues...hehe..below are the top ten negative and true attitudes of the robots regardless where they are stationed at;

1) They always think that they are always right

2) They always assume and believe in negative assumptions

3) They are always hypocrite and egoistic

4) They always place their self interest first

5) They can't accept No for an answer from their human subordinates

6) They are always mad at their human subordinates when the higher ranking robots are mad at them

7) They are always the classic ass kisser and backstab at each other to secure higher position.

I believe I owe so much on my healthy lifestyles...coz I think being healthy physically brings out healthy, clear and superb mind as well as spiritually jua...beleive me its true.. it makes u smarter, cunning and creative than anyone else..and with such qualities, they beat negative things that are being thrown at..no matter what..so I guess I will never stop being physically active..I have gone further and I will always will..and this is what I'm gonna do - I'm gonna be 100 steps further than the others, who could die trying to measure up...hehe..so believe in the plus sign..

Sustainable side income

Have you guys ever thought of having side income and not just depend on the monthly salary to sustain our life? Most of us the new generations will not have the pension scheme...So I guess its up to ourselves how to sustain our life after the retirement age...The only thing to prepare for that is to find a source of side income..i.e do a business..Any plans or ideas of how to do it? how to start up? where to begin? Will it be a success or a failure? So many questions to be answered..but that is not the issue here..a good planning is important in this matter..there are still millions of opportunities to start up small and meduim businesses in Brunei..like me I have a plan which I want to share...its a long term plan...first thing first insya'allah I will construct just a decent house by early next year..and this house will be my long term assets and my economic sustainability engine..the reason being that the house to be built is at a frontage of a highway still in Bandar area..and secondly it will be a place where my small/medium business plan will start up..I just can't mention what sort of business that I will venture into..but its something that I believe has a target market and in demand for the next five years and in fact a long term one..and my target stable income or profit would be around at least 3k-4k monthly..since I don't have to pay for shop rental or anything..insya'allah the target could be reached..But for that I need a business licence right which I had applied a few years back but my application was purely denied butI still have plan B i.e use my dad's business licence...as simple as that..hahahaha...we have to be smart in everyhing...when one door is closed..there are always more doors of opportunities to be opened...be no afraid of failure because failure teaches us how to be successful..the only thing I fear is when we are at the top or successful, people around us will start to envy us and they will start to kill us in anyway they can...but in the end for me it doesn't matter..most importantly and what really matters is that we have good intentions and good heart..with those two qualities I can frankly say that I already have everything...

aku juga bisa nangis...hehehe...apa kan..aku juga bisa damam yang banar nya..hehe..my point is I am not feeling well since late afternoon today..got runny nose, inflammation throat, watery eyes and a bit of fever. Makan pun nada liur malam ani. But I just bought a can of sardine and a small loaf of sandwich from 7 eleven just to isi perut dikit..and singgah ku kajap arah pharmacy to buy some medication..probably I just need some good rest jua tonight..and drink lotsof water..maybe this is because of the weather..its been really hot since the past few days..even I noticed that I'm getting darker now..tapi maintain ragad masih..hahaha..anyway, I hope I'll get well and fresh esok..and mudahan tah inda dabab apa...inda jua kan patut aku ani suffering from homesick..biasa jua udah traveling ani...or perhaps pasal aku inda ada sports activities atu kali..biasa belari every other day...ani its been four days ku inda belari..I didn't bring my running shoes..darn..rindu ku kan belari..and I miss every1 back home..

All I can say I am knackered and I need a good night sleep after this. Work is work and rest is rest...inda ja. Tapi selalunya yang membuat ku ngalih is the traveling part, kalau membuat keraja inda pulang. But as long as I have good night sleep, then esok nya gerenti fresh and recharge semula. It rained a bit today during the long journey and I just can't let myself do a nap tadi bukan nya apa, kalat pulang banar mata ku tadi patang ah but being in a car that ran 100 mph in a highway for almost 3 hours, membari ingau hati jua tu..what if the driver went into a sleepy mode..nauzbillah...at first I was being told it usually takes three to four hours journey but when we reached the place..it took us two and half hours ganya..nda laju kan tu..plus it rained a bit lagi..still the road is slippery..anyway, sukur we made it and selamat sampai ke destinasi yang dituju...sooo, esok2 ah ku update lagi..gue mau tidor dulu...coz its really been a long day indeed..

I watched surrogates with the lads..wad, scot and three cuz of wad..I found the movie slow and frankly nda pulang lawa...I wouldn't recommend to watch the movie eh..earlier in the evening,I went to the Mall with my friends jalan2 saja and lepak2 n minum2 at the food court...in fact before that I had dinner guess where..hahaha..Mc D again..thats 3 times in one day..hehe..anyway, after that I joined the guys at Daan Cafe for coffee...I was a bit restless tadi atu..macam nada energy..maybe because I haven't poo all day...boh..anyway, masa ani its 2am udah and I still can't sleep..even last night sekajap saja ku tdor..around 1am tebangun ku and ftr that I couldn't sleep at all..yatah ngantuk oleh nya tadi pagi ah..tapi at least I finished all the work..wooohooo..at least Saturday ani relaks ku dikit..anyway..have a nice weekend dear friends..

Went for lunch at Mc D tadi since dari d malam udah tais liur. Its not as crowded as usual but I went there twice..hahah..awal2 I was with wadd and watits and then I was on the way to the car when I got a call from my friend kan bawa lunch di Mc D. So, after dropping by di Jaya hypermart, I went to Mc D again but this time just to keep her company lah...Anyway, rasa ku its been three weeks since kami inda do the Mc D Saturday night routine..raya punya pasal..hehehe..so probably we are gonna do it again by next2 week and yeah this will be the last week of Syawal and yet there'll more Raya open haus this weekend..the last bit of it..more open haus, got more distance to run n more fats to burn..

I am still a bit down after yesterday's matter but I'll be okay. I did run yesterday pushing myself as far as I can and as fast as I can too. I shed some tears baru tadi ani while doing my work in front of the computer. Lamah rasa nya badan ani, semangat keraja pun hilang tapi kerana tanggungjawab, keraja tetap ku teruskan. yup it'll be wednesday t'row...inda kerasaan banar the week past by...its been hectic since day 1 this week..and its gonna be more hectic this coming weekend..more work to be done before next week comes..plus gaya2 nya weekend ani more open haus invitations...yiihii...anyway, its 2 and half months lagi before 2010..and soon it will be the Hajj season...and of course Hari Raya Aidiladha...anyway, today ku ke Tasek Lama seperti biasa ..rutin hari 2..route pun as usual Bukit Sarang Helang and Bukit Buluh..yatah tadi ada this guy laju jalan nya awal2 atu..masa ku naik di buluh I managed to catch up with him..exactly di belakang nya..he didn't want to give way to me so I just kept close to him..skali masa kan sampai di atas ia cuba kan belari..hehe..skali rabah rimpah ani bah...skali udah ia sampai di atas, di bawa nya ku becakap..hehe..kes membuang malu..kata nya inda lagi ia kan teangkat kaki nya masa naik di Bukit Buluh ah...skali ku cakap arah nya relaks saja bawa pelahan2..hehe...anyway, hari ani ramai banar orang beriadah which is good..at least nowadays Bruneians are conscious about health and fitness...even kemarin the crowd at the stadium was more than normal..ramai ani bah org jogging..tapi siok jua meliat ramai atu..anyway, the good thing about being healthy and fit ani..I feel good everyday physically..moreover, I am six years younger for my age according to the results of the fitness induction at the Fitness Zone last night..dats a good thing..innit?

Which category do u belong to?..kalau kitani ani sanang..ada durang tu dengan iski2 durang but kalau kitani susah nada durang ada and even ada jua yang iski meliat..well..dats life...I've been through so many times in these situation..even to the extent a friend of mine since primary school bitched me around a few years back in his bid to isolate me from my friends..sampai masa ani nda ku tau kenapa and apa yang ku buat salah..tapi effort nya atu nda menjadi and backfired tah pulang arah nya..anyway, kitani inda tau hati budi seseorang atu until we are in a difficult situation and dari sana kitani tau if our friends care to help or not...selalu nya aku ani inda mau menyusahkan orang but it breaks the heart when friends don't even care to offer their help in difficult situation...and thats the reason why I never shared my problems with anyone when masalah yang nampak udah payah2an durang kan menolong...we are humans after all..sabar saja..

Yup..its the new resort in Brunei located at the Brunei River..nda jauh dari Kg. Sungai Bunga..the name of the restaurant is Z'yan..not much food choices...ada pulang fresh seafood but nothing extraordinary in the menu..walaupun ada dimsum stated in the menu but they don't serve it for now..the service is very slow..I ordered hot coffee and it came only like almost 20 minutes later..tapi yang siok nya the view..very2 relaxing and kalau lepak2 sana siok lah..I forgot to find out if they provide wi-fi or not..anyway, nanti2 tah lepak2 sana..they close at midnight..

Usually I tend to loosen a bit when it comes to do my work on Saturdays..tapi hari ani I have to finish up quite a load of work which came simultaneously last Thursday..anyway, work is work, its our responsibility no matter what..and today I need to check on my car's honk..pasal nya tadi pagi damit bunyi nya hon ku atu..aku atu ngam meng hon kereta dapan ku..lalai ani bah pedahal lampu hijau atu kan 10 seconds udah..so ku bagi high light saja tadi..having a good and sound honk is important in every car pasal nya kitani selalunya mengunakan sebagai amaran towards other cars..so I need to fix it ASAP..anyway, hari ani ku start swimming as part of my sports routine..then next saturday baru tah squash..its been a while since ku nda swimming..tapi inda apa kalau ganya breast stroke atu a bit relaxing jua..and insya'allah later in the evening got 3 more open haus invitations to attend to..biasalah kalau weekend ani acara cemani ani masih diadakan...one of the open hauses ani arah my friend di kg. Sungai Besar and I've been told durang kan buat theme Arabian night..hehehe..tapi I'm gonna go there in a cowboy style..only without a horse...hahaha...

Tadi masa ke gym pagi I asked one of the trainers for my BMI check up..saja2 as kan mau tau saja kadar lamak2 an dalam badan ku ani...so through the Tanita Body Composition Analyzer..I got the results:

Current weight = 57.9 kg
BMI - Body Mass Indexis = 23.8
Body Fat = 19.8 %
Target Body Fat or ideal = 18%
Predicted weight or ideal = 56.6 kg
Fat to lose 1.3 kg

hmmm..usul nya fats kan di kurangkan atu inda banyak 1.3 kg saja..tapi to lose them is really hard..I need to do more cardio for that matter..actually I can lose themin a matter of just one week if I want to..tapi buat masa ani kan maintain saja ku..by november baru tah ku start seriously but not intensively..and I'm gonna buy recovery supplements prior november..target ku just to be lean and atheletically muscular...at least nampak cutting atu jadi tah..

mcm newspaper jua bunyinya 'the Friday Post' atu..hehe..anyway its actually saturday udah while updating this blog..hmmm..anyway, I just came back from the open haus arah titin..as usual I carpooled with Zul and aming pun joined tadi..I guessed the rest will update this more with lotsof pics...earlier in the morning, aku ke gym with wad as schedule..but juz a bit late..awal atu ku ngantar my car ke everstrong coz ku kan facelift a bit of its interior..batah jua eh..around pkl 6 lalu baru siap..atupun right after ku dari Tasek Lama ku ngaga ke kadai atu balik..anyway, I love the new facelift..its one of a kind of the car..anyway, ceta pasal Tasek..c boobs (c Bob) did a good job hari ani...at least his fitness level increased a bit..and mudahan tah he'll keep it up and up..he really needs someone not just to guide him but also to push him...I'm proud of him coz he has the motivation to be the biggest loser in Kg. Bekiau..eh apakan..hahaha...

aka kan cuti..bukan cuti-cuti malaysia...hehe...tapi cuti saja saja..but still not sure bila kan ngambil cuti ani..I need a long leave..mau jua kan relaks and do things..tunggu tah dulu after November ani atupun kalau dapat or kana approve...hehe..if not pending tah lagi tu till next year...I just want to relax at least 5 weeks..boh batah banar..tapi yang penting dapat akhir bangun kan, carwashing, minum2 jingchu..or do all the things that I've been longing to do...mcm meraun ke Selayun sal ku nda tau banar selok belok jalan sana atu..hehehe..baik jua KNK (Kenali Negara Kitani) hehehe..at least 2 weeks local vacation (KNK) and probably 3 weeks abroad...ani baru nama nya cuti rehat..but subject to approval pulang ni..hehehe..tapi kalau inda kana approve apa buleh buat..tahi kambing bulat2..hahaha...

A friend asked me just now..why do I look so sad? as he passed by my work domain..I asked him back..do I look sad? He said yeah..Kali nyangku, naaah! I was probably having a sleepy face..hahaha...which looks kind of droopy and sad..dats why..but he insisted aku nampak sedih..hahah..majal..maybe the look in my face atu bukan sedih but more of a worry kali...tahu lah we all worry about all things and about anything...we never know what the future beholds for us..tapi nda jua ku dapat sangkalkan dat I can be sad sometimes..we are humans after all..but I just don't show my sadness to people sebab atu adalah hak ku yang mutlak..bukan untuk orang lain..eseh..apa kan..hehehe..tapi ironically, it breaks my heart to see sad faces jua...there's a saying - if you are happy then i'm happy...sometimes deep down inside people don't really mean that especially in a relationship...well dats life..I think I'm blessed that I have good friends all around me and I love them all...so are u happy if I'm happy?

Walaupun Syawal udah masuk di minggu yang kedua..makin rancak tah pulang acara Open haus ani di ada kan..like esok malam juma'at three of my friends melagau for their open haus..gerenti after work ku aga sebuah though ia melagau malam..then after maghrib arah kawan ku dulu di Lambak and later in the evening arah c era..then on friday night got one more invitation..on Saturday night got two to attend to and on sunday got one..anyway the makan thingy still rocks on..but not to worry..sanang saja di burn tu..formula nya belusir..hehehe..anyway maybe by next week makin kurang tah kali udah acara open haus ani diadakan...plus its still a long way for the payday..even Gadong area during lunchtime and malam sunyi sepi saja...kalau kan lepak di Gadong masa ani its a good time to do that..hehe..

Actually I was gonna wake up late today coz I came home late last night..nda salah ku around 11pm kali kami chow dari daan..skali odw keluar dai qlap atu ada kwn ku call kan membawa lepak di de'royalle..so ku plan kan singgah tah sekajap..45 minit lah..tapi akhirnya batah tia jua around 1.30am baru kami chow..nda boleh di amalkan ni..kalau weekend ok lah..hehe..anyway, yatah masa di de'royalle atu ku kejumpahan kawan lama..he's a good friend and batah kami inda bejumpa..so ceta2 kajap while durang kwn ku yang lain sibuk udah dengan laptop durang...kalau kami bejumpa we talk about lotsof things..sampai ke pagi pun gerenti inda abis ceta kami..bukan pulang nyanyah..hahaha..kalau dulu rajin ku lepak di kadai nya till late..ani he's gonna open up a new shop..a bookshop...kadai awalnya kadai memprint..masih pulang ada and still running but now ia expand his business..and btw he's a teacher at a government school..anyway, yatah one of these weekend nights I'm gonna go to his bookshop and hang out..banyak kan di ceritakan..sana atu rumah nya udah tu nya..kira dapat sleepover tarus..ia ani jarang balik rumah jua..dulu kadai printing nya atu jadi rumah nya..now kadai buku pulang..anyway, I'm glad to meet him again after a long time..

Kemarin raya continues lagi..we went to KB just before lunchtime. Met up with the rest of the convoy di Hua Ho Tutong. First stop kerumah c wad, then arah CJS. Aku skip arah kawan durang lagi coz I went to my kazen's open haus in Seria but we met up again di OGDC before beraya ke Tutong. Otw durang singgah di Liang lagi but aku stret kerumah c wa di Bukit Udal sal kan beria..hahaha..arah c wa bukan lagi ku beria..tarus tah ku mandi sana eh..baik jua ku bebata segala baju2an and tuala apa..andang sentiasa ada dalam kereta..even c aming pun mandi tia jua lapas ku mandi atu..hahaha..nyaman kali ah rasa nya lapas mandi ah..fresh banar..jua lagi rakat kali badan ah mun bejalan dari pkl 11 ah..hahaha..so kami dua yang fresh and yang lain atu usah cakap lah..hahahaha

I am inviting my collegues and friends to my open house karang malam at 8.30pm di rumah ku...since durang kan makai jubah2 an krg so they said its gonna be an Arabian night..yang plan kan makai igal atu baik tah pakai..jgn lupa bawa kumira karang..ada kah ani pasal malam juma'at karang kan memakai jubah2 ani? hehe..tapi makanan nya not so Arabian night..hehe..simple2 food saja ..the likes of mee hoon goreng and ayam goreng ja...kalau telampau banyak makanan atu takut membazir saja..anyway see u all later tonight...kalau ada shisha ngam tah tu ya...

well..since raya is still on n I'm sure weekend ani more open haus will be on jua..and like every year there's gonna be a Raya open opish this saturday..woohoo..more makan and makan lagi..yatah ni hari 6 ani gerenti banyak rijiki ni mun sorang2 kan membawa different types of food..in a way bagus pulang ni open opish ani pasal nya kalau ku kan melagau semua orang opish ani open haus gerenti inda betamu masa2 kan datang atu..at least kalau masa keraja and di opis everybody will be here..so, insya'allah since ramai udah orang kan membawa segala hayam2 an, lauk and sayur apa...I will bring grilled lamb leg lah kali...sediakan saja paot..hehehe..

Tadi lunchtime ku sama geng2 menyabu di shabu shabu Qlap plaza yang dapan Hua Ho. Nyaman eh makan sana ah and the price is reasonable as well. Services nya pun consider steady. We got the VIP room which can accomodate around 8 orang and it has its own LCD flatscreen TV. Will look forward to eat there again.

here comes October and its gonna be 3 more months before the year ends and a new year comes..pantas nya masa berlalu..anyway, october ani I will start my one year membership at fitness zone..and that is why I will have to rearrange my daily sports activities as soon as possible so that by Thursday I'm juz gonna kick off the new programme...starting this October, I will only run at the stadium twice a week (maintenance and distance run), once a week doing the fartlek run (speed) on treadmill and go to tasik lama at least twice a week..two or three times a week go to the gym for pumping some weight and its gonna be early in the morning..and adding swimming and squash every fornightly..it sounds packed pulang but I can figure and fit everything in with 2 days off per week...plus I'm gonna do the Yoga classes as well..my weight now is 59kg as of today..for sure I won't do dieting but I'm gonna hafta buy some supplements for recovery...my aim is to get fitter and more endurability...I was thinking of joining the Mt.Kinabalu climbathon this year or perhaps next year....I wanna get myself to a higher level as in more than just routine...walaupun just being healthy is good enuff for me tapi sometimes I just can't get enuff of it..

..for me...baru tah ku terima hari ani...masa payday 17hb hari atu malas ku mengacau..gpun bukan jua ku banyak belanja time raya ani..I only bought a pair of shoe atupun yang murah saja..and even sinjang Brunei baik jua inda ada yang lawa2 tahun ani...so, tadi ku ke Bank atupun ramai jua eh..tapi baik jua aku atu gnya kan update buku bank..so nda batah menunggu lah..anyway, its gonna be a long way till the next payday since awal udah hari atu and I hope we all save2 jua duit atu and spend only on necessary things and stuffs...

I was on my way d mlm kan kerumah kwn ku beraya since ia melagau..but unfortunately there was a major power blackout d mlm..sana sini pajah..even arah kami..so changed plan..kami cari2 tempat kan makan..so kami ke Little India..awal2 atu kan makan di La Mee, tapi full house..then pindah ke Ideal but problem cari parking lagi..gila..traffic jam tarus di sana ..kalah2 malam pukul jammed nya..gerenti semua orang menuju ke sana pasal di gadong and Qlap all blackout jua..anyway, so kami belalih menuju je excapade subalah saja..atupun full house tia jua masih..skali last2 we stopped at the Thai restaurant subalah excapade..anyway, kami sampai sana till 11pm..tapi ku nda tarus balik sal pajah lakat..so I called up my friend and tarus kerumah nya d Lambak since arah nya inda pajah..then around midnite, ku kidnapped kawan ku ani dari laki nya..hahaha..jalan2 tah kami meraun tempat2 pajah ah..raun Bandar ok udah..raun Qlap pajah lakat, raun Beribi and telanai Pajah lakat, abis kami raun eh, sikit lagi kami kan raun ke KB..hahaha..so by 2am ku balik and ngam power ada udah...I guess d mlm atu ramai yang mengusut kali..esp. yang spoil orang open haus lah..hehehe..

I asked a friend a few days ago that why only during raya we go and visit our relatives and friends..bukan kah amalan ziarah menziarahi ani di galakkan bila bila masa dan bukan semestinya time raya saja kan di banar-banari...talipon pulang kawan atu kalau kan datang kerumah nya..just consider it as lepak2 ..tanya2 kabar apa..sama jua nya tu kan..hehe..anyway, I lost count of Syawal ke berapa udah ni..tapi yang pasti Hari Raya masih tetap meriah..open haus di sana sini..MIB makan inda beranti..one thing the food are all the same; ayam, daging, kambing, satay, spaghetti, soto..so basically they are all fattening..hehehe..anyway I hope this year mudahan tah my ex colleague ada open haus, mana tahu they will have the Le Taj catering again..I love the Chicken Tikka Masala..anyway, have a nice weekend raya folks..kan memuranchah ku dulu..
